NAMS 2016 Sponsors and Exhibitors
The cost of becoming an exhibitor at NAMS 2016 is $2,500 USD. For this fee, the exhibitor will receive and be bound by the following terms:One complimentary conference registration, which includes a catered opening reception (Sunday 5/22/2016) and the NAMS banquet (Tuesday 5/24/2016).
Use of a display table measuring 30 inches by 6 feet. Free Wi-Fi access.
Access to an electrical outlet; however this is not meant to support live demonstrations of systems.
A listing in the program book.
Additional space for advertising in the program book is available for an additional fee under our sponsorship program.
The exhibitor may bring an additional person to work the display table for an additional fee of $150 (guest registration).
Exhibitors may set up their displays no earlier than Sunday 5/22/2016 3PM PST and they must be removed no later than Wednesday 5/25/2016 5PM PST. At no time is NAMS responsible for any equipment or materials brought to the meeting site by the exhibitor.
NAMS wishes to encourage, where possible, use of checks or direct funds transfers, so as to minimize diversion of funds to cover credit card fees. Avoiding such credit card fees will permit more of exhibitors' funds to go toward enhancing the NAMS annual meeting for all participants, including our students. We look forward to your response.
Five levels of sponsorship are available:
Diamond: $10,000 and higher
Gold: $5,000 - $9,999
Silver: $2,500 - $4,999
Bronze: $1,000 - $2,499
"Friends of NAMS 2016": $250 - $999
Each sponsor will be recognized in the program book and in the registration area. Other incentives are listed below. Event recognition consists of signage at the indicated event acknowledging the support of the sponsoring organization(s).
