+ Fee per workshop; register for both a Saturday AND a Sunday workshop and receive $200 discount ($100 for students).
Workshops are priced separately from Meeting Registration. All workshops will take place at InterContinental New Orleans on Saturday June 9 and Sunday June 10, 2012. Please click here for additional information. Workshop space is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Should a workshop be cancelled due to low attendance, refunds will be given 2-4 weeks following the conference.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
To qualify for the Early Registration fee, your payment - not your payment commitment - must be postmarked by April 27, 2012. Registrations that are received late but are postmarked by April 27, 2012, must include payment in order for the early registration fees to be applicable. Please make checks payable to NAMS 2012.
PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Pre-registration closes at midnight (MST) on May 25, 2012. Mailed, faxed, or emailed registration forms must be received by May 25 to be processed as a pre-registration.
After May 25, 2012, registrations will not be accepted; one must register on-site.
REGISTRATION CHANGES
Requests to change a meeting registration must be made in writing and emailed or faxed to Centennial Conferences (contact information below).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Requests to cancel a meeting registration must be made in writing and emailed or faxed to Centennial Conferences (contact information below). Pre-paid registration fees (include workshop or guest fees) are refundable less a US$ 75 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received (in writing) by May 25, 2012. Cancellation after May 25, 2012 may result in forfeiture of the registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
